As I walk through this exceptional
home, Im reminded of the small summer palaces of the Maharajas
of India. There is a feeling of comfort and graciousness amidst
simple luxury. One senses a bit of mystery while finding your
way from room to room to room. Though In Hawaii we call it lanai,
the many lanais here are reminiscent of the verandas of those
palaces; each one perfect for languishing in the heat of the
afternoon with sumptuous foods and intoxicating drinks, while
whispering and laughing together; the ocean beyond, and the pool
and spa just a few feet away. Civilized with a hit of exotic,
seamlessly comfortable and a world away, one can easily imagine
the good life as it was meant to be in this rare
and spectacular setting and home. Kema
The main floor flows from a
large chefs kitchen to dining to great room to den,
and opens out to the lanais, pool and spa.
Three floors flow from one to another: A separate guest wing
has one en suite bedroom (king bed) with private entrance, and
two additional bedrooms (queen beds) share another full bath.
The master bedroom suite is
an entire wing, with two lanais, and its own washer and dryer.
The golf course is right outside
with sweeping ocean views beyond.
